THE ZWIEBEL LAW FIRM WANTS YOU TO KNOW WE ARE HERE FOR YOU.
During COVID-19 Coronavirus, we want to let everyone know that we are working remotely and available via email and phone. If you need help during this pandemic, please feel free to email our attorneys, Elizabeth Zwiebel at email@example.com or Lauren Spradling at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, our support staff, Roxana Rothe can be reached either through our main number (205)623-1001 or at her email email@example.com. We are still operating and working on cases. The Alabama Courts are shut down until April 16th, 2020; however, that does not prohibit us from e-filing motions for our clients or even new divorce complaints. We have been offering phone consults and will soon be doing video conferencing consultations. Please feel free to contact Roxy at (205)623-1001 to set up a time for any phone conferences and consultations. She has been working diligently to answer everyone’s call and schedule a time for attorney’s to answer all your family law questions. We have several clients asking about visitation and suspension of child support due to COVID-19. We have court orders dealing with some cases regarding their visitation issues. While these are on a case-by-case basis, we have some orders that are giving a stay on current visitation orders and expect more orders to come. If you are facing a visitation or child support issue during COVID-19, it is imperative that you contact an attorney to file petitions or motions on your behalf. Upholding court orders is still required during this pandemic as I write this but daily changes are occurring. We can help you file any motions or petitions necessary to get real solutions and answers to your family law issues. Judges are conducting phone conferences on motions being e-filed for emergency relief during this time. Call our attorneys to get up-to-date information.
We are here to help. Stay well and take care.
